1.  Are Dosely products approved by the FDA? 

By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements. That said, the FDA does provide regulations for dietary supplements and dietary ingredients. At Dosely, we follow the FDA’s “current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)” regulations established in 2007. Per this regulation, each batch of our vitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition to ensure what’s inside the capsule matches the label.

Dosely products are made in the United States at cGMP certified facilities.

3.  Where should I store my vitamins?

A cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Make sure it’s somewhere visible enough to help you establish your new habit. Avoid the depths of the medicine cabinet!

4.  What if I have an allergy?

Our vitamins are free of all 8 major allergens. Indeed, Dosely is free of all milk products, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and soy!

5.  Are Dosely products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. Our products use 100% vegan ingredients and are never tested on animals.

6.  Is your packaging recyclable?

Our products are made from recyclable materials. To recycle your habit friendly vitamin packaging please rip the paper off of the plastic and foil blister.  For recycling to work, they must be separated! Your Dosely shipping box and any paper inserts can be placed directly into recycling containers.

1.  Why should I take vitamins?

Vitamins and minerals are compounds that are required to support our body’s physical and mental health. Many of us fall short of the required vitamins and minerals from just our regular diet. Since the body does not store all vitamins and minerals for long periods of time, vitamins should be consumed daily.

2.  How should I incorporate Dosely into my daily routine?

Take your Dosely vitamin once per day. Our habit friendly packaging makes tracking your consumption easier than ever. Set a reminder on your phone to help you stick to your routine.

3.  What should I take them with?

Given our vitamins contain some fat-soluble vitamins (i.e. vitamins A, D, E), Dosely is best absorbed when consumed with a meal or snack that contains some calories from fat. Also, Dosely capsules can be opened to allow for our vitamin powder mixture to be added to your favorite smoothie, yogurt, or cereal!

4.  When should I take them?

Time of day does not matter. Whenever it is easiest for you to stick to your new routine. With your breakfast. With your post-workout shake. At your desk with lunch. Any time!

On your first order, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your goods. On subscription refills, your order should arrive just as you’re running out!

3. How do I track my shipment?

Check your email! Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

4.  My tracking number isn’t working, is something wrong?

Although tracking usually populates much faster, USPS’s system can take up to 24-hours for tracking information to populate. Stay patient! If the issue persists beyond 24-hours please contact us with your order number.

5.  Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, not yet. We hope to soon though!

6.  Do you accept returns?

Sorry, we don’t. Given the nature of our products we would never be able to resell a returned product. If there is an issue with your shipment, please email team@dosely.com.

All our daily vitamins are designed for long-term use so we encourage starting a subscription. When you sign-up for a subscription, you’ll receive shipments every 8-weeks (56 days) so that you never run out. Dosely subscriptions are commitment free, which means you can modify, pause, or cancel anytime. 

2.  How do I access an existing subscription?

Sign-in or create an account by navigating to the “Manage Account” page found in the top right corner of our website. If you’ve already made a purchase, be sure to create your new account using the same email address that you used at checkout to ensure your current subscription is visible.

3.  How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

To modify your subscription, go to “account” in the top right corner of our website. Once your logged in, click on “subscriptions” under “account details.” Then click the “edit” button on the right to update, pause, or cancel your subscription.
